These terms and conditions govern the sale of products by us (The Little Bow Company) to you on the thelittlebowcompany.co.uk website.
Please read these conditions carefully before purchasing The Little Bow Company products. By ordering our products, you signify your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. In the event of any inconsistency the terms and conditions of thelittlebowcompany.co.uk shall prevail.
1. Our contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from us, you will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and setting out the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product, which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation stating that we’ve accepted that order. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the order confirmation E-mail.
2. Returns Policy
At The Little Bow Company we are proud of the time and workmanship that goes in to each and every hair bow and hair accessory. Our greatest selling point, we feel, is that each and every hair bow is handmade as are most of our wonderful and unique gifts. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it (at your own cost) in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unworn, and you will receive a full refund for the price you paid for the item. You will be responsible for ensuring proof of postage is obtained.
The Bespoke service is non-refundable unless there is a fault that cannot be repaired.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
3. Pricing and availability
We list availability information for products sold by us on the thelittlebowcompany.co.uk platform. We cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that postage estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed postage times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.
4. Ownership and title
All ownership, title and risk of loss and/or damage in the product you have purchased shall pass to you at the point and time at which such product leaves our premises.
5. Delivery and Cancellation
Products may only be shipped to addresses within the UK.
You can cancel any order placed with The Little Bow Company, provided that the order has not yet been despatched.
Delivery times quoted on the website are estimates only and should be used for guidance purposes only.
Delivery is within 4 weeks from when confirmation has been received. A 50% deposit is required to confirm a bespoke order and full payment is due before shipment. Once a bespoke order is placed, it cannot be returned or refunded. We will only refund a bespoke order if the item is faulty on delivery and cannot be repaired.
7. Shipping & Returns
All bows are posted using Royal Mails first class service and will take 1-3 days to arrive. Please ensure you provide us with the correct postal address as we can not take responsibility for lost parcels due to address errors. If you order from our bespoke bow service these will arrive within 4 weeks due to them being designed and handmade to special requirement.
